The candidates will be selected via a set rigorous selection process for the post of Grade ‘O’ officer. The IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Selection Process 2024 includes an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
